Welcome to Birch Cottage, our lovely country hideaway down a winding lane in the beautiful Sussex Weald, yet close to the sea and all amenities and places of interest. Set in an ‘area of outstanding natural beauty’ and within our acre of garden, Birch Cottage Holiday Accommodation is within easy reach of the sea at Hastings, Bexhill and Eastbourne as well as a host of inland attractions such as Battle Abbey, Bodiam and Herstmonceux Castles and a number of other historic properties managed by the National Trust and English Heritage.
A trip to France through the Tunnel or on the Ferry also makes a great day out.
You can of course just explore beautiful ‘1066 Country’ on foot - the 1066 Way runs close by the Cottage.
